Back by popular demand and as part of the ongoing SOS Sunday Live Sessions, Techno and DJ legend Christopher Coe returns to presents a one off, exclusive to School of Synthesis live session demonstrating how he sets up his rig and performs live. Please book early as places are limited and last year’s event sold out quickly.

Christopher Coe is one half of the live electronic label Awesome Soundwave alongside one of the most recognised and renowned DJ’s and Producers on the planet – the legendary Carl Cox. In this live session Christopher replicates his live show from setting it up to performing live.

This is an incredible opportunity to see and take part in his live show via discussion, demonstration and questions and answers. Christopher uses a combination of outboard gear such as his custom Eurorack modular system, Moog devices and Elektron devices as well as Ableton and Ableton Push all routed through the Pioneer V10 mixer with various saturation and compression devices on the master output to perform live in a five hour private workshop where you and he work together to conceptualise a live set up including the connectivity, creativity and workflow techniques.

• Various options for DAW, sound modules, synths, mixes and outboard gear.
• Different methods to connect and trigger equipment.

• What should you do and play live?

• How to make it sound good
• Connecting to front of house
• Using Effects and pedals
• Using outboard gear to deliver a loud and controlled sound
